Robert Arbaugh, M.F.A, Professor of Theatre, Chair and Artistic Director of Theatre and Music Department, has been with Rochester Christian University since 2011. Artistically, Robert serves in numerous roles on campus including: director, actor and scenic designer. In 2025 he will work on his 75th theatre production on campus. He completed his MFA in Acting at Regent University in 2010. Robert continues to work as an actor and director and is the co-founder and Artistic Director of  Shakespeare Upon Avon and UnCovered Theatre Company, RCU’s partner professional theatre company. In 2018 Rob was awarded the Distinguished Faculty Award from Rochester Christian University.
