Student Leadership Program
Our Leadership program engages students in the exploration of leadership theory and practice through the many opportunities and organizations on the Rochester Christian University campus. Through leadership experiences, you’re given the opportunity to make a positive impact on the campus and surrounding community, and gain valuable knowledge and skills to support your post-graduate pursuits.
Students selected for Student Leadership embody the best of Rochester Christian University and gain valuable experience in public relations and marketing, pastoral care, written and oral communication, team building, team management and much more.

What You Need to Know
The Student Leader Program within the Center for Student Life (CSL) is a long standing opportunity for students to gain leadership skills, effect change, cultivate community, build lasting memories, and get paid to do so!
As the University continues to change and grow, so does our Student Leader Program and 2026 is another year of change for the CSL. In light of coming changes, the Student Leader Program is being reimagined and rebuilt, and we invite you to keep an eye out for more information about Student Leader positions in the days ahead.
Available Positions
Even as we anticipate the announcement of coming changes, we are excited to open up two paid Student Leader opportunities: Crimson Leaders (4) and Student Body President (1).

- Help facilitate Crimson Days over the summer (new student orientation)
- Create and facilitate connections with and for new students
- Help facilitate Warrior Week events
