Personally, Rebekah is committed to living a life of excellence, with the Word of God as her guide. In the classroom, she is passionate about helping students understand how their work partner’s with God’s, providing fulfillment and coummunity benefit. Profit is not the end goal of business; it is the means by which organizations serve their purpose.

Professionally, Rebekah is driven by efficiency, best practices, and data assessment. She has done consulting work for other private institutions looking to work smarter. Her current research interests are in meaningful work and employee engagement as drivers for organizational commitment.

Professional memberships include: American Marketing Association (AMA) and Christian Business Faculty Association (CBFA).

Rebekah’s favorite person on the planet is her husband, Ben. They strive to live in service to the Lord and said “yes” to five little humans through adoption. Their home life is loud and messy, but full of love, good food, and fiercely competitive game nights. In their spare time, they love gardening, trail riding, and caring for their honeybees.
