RCU’s creative arts journal, Blackberry Winter, overseen by Assistant Professor Melissa StPierre and Associate Professor Zac Watson, has won a national recognition for the second year in a row from the National Council of Teachers of English’s Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines (REALM) contest, earning a “Distinguished” rating for the 2024 edition.
