Program Overview
The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Health Communication at Rochester Christian University is designed to equip students with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for advancing into undergraduate studies and pursuing dynamic careers in health and human services communications. Graduates will be prepared for roles in hospital care settings, marketing and advertising, public relations, education, health departments, and various other health-related organizations.

The program consists of a comprehensive 60-credit curriculum, including a 34-credit General Education Core, where the lab science requirement is fulfilled by HCM 1304 and the Diversity requirement is met by COM 3533 Intercultural Communication. The Major comprises 26 credits, structured over two years.
