Program Overview
The Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Psychology equips students with the knowledge and skills to analyze organizations through a psychological lens. By blending core business and psychology courses, this degree provides the tools necessary to influence organizational culture and improve employee performance. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the demand for human resources managers is projected to grow at a faster-than-average rate of 5% from 2022 to 2032, with training and development managers expected to see a 6% growth in the same period.

The BBA in Business Psychology offers students the knowledge and skills to analyze organizations from a psychological perspective. The degree plan blends core business and psychology courses to provide students with the tools necessary to influence organizational culture and employee performance.
