Program Overview
Do you have a head for money management? Put those skills to work for you with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Planning. RCU’s program will prepare you with a blend of business fundamentals and financial planning knowledge needed to become an expert resource in investing, saving, and money management.
The program also provides readiness preparation for graduates to sit for board certification.

degree requirements
Our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Financial Planning provides you with a strong foundation in business fundamentals, along with financial planning knowledge. You’ll gain the skills to help organizations or individuals invest, budget, and manage money effectively. This program can be completed fully online, or through a combination of online and seated classes. It also provides readiness preparation for graduates to sit for board certification.
- CRITICAL THINKING: Professional graduates think critically and apply systems thinking to decision making.
- PROBLEM SOLVING AND APPLICATION: Professional graduates apply functional area concepts and theories appropriately.
- PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION: Professional graduates communicate effectively by preparing and delivering oral and written presentations using appropriate technologies.
- SOCIAL AND ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY: Professional graduates align personal, professional, and organizational conduct with ethical and professional standards of conduct, including an understanding of corporate social responsibility.
- VOCATIONAL AWARENESS: Professional graduates demonstrate an understanding of God’s ongoing story in the world and their responsibility to God, self, organization, and the world as a part of that ongoing story.
