Recently, Asst. Prof. of English Melissa St. Pierre has had a few pieces of writing published. In the book Institutional Ethnography as Writing Studies Practice (edited by Michelle LaFrance and Melissa Nicolas) St. Pierre contributed to the chapter “Not the Boss of Us:” ‘A Study of Two First-Year Writing Program Boss Texts.” She also has had a couple of works of creative nonfiction published: “Sunshine & Shadows: A Memoir and “The Audacity to Die.“
