I currently work in district sales at General Motors. I started my career with the company as a district digital manatee, helping dealers with the development of their digital marketing strategy and plan. I’m also a speaker, event host and podcaster. RCU helped me expand and refine the communication skills needed to excel in all of my professions. More importantly, my professors motivated me to trust God, trust myself and know I belonged there. Today, I carry that attitude of belonging in every room I am invited in. I’m grateful to RCU for reminding me of 1 Corinthians 3:23, which says…’and you belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to you.

I really enjoyed this program. I chose RCU because I got my AAS at MCC and this was the most timely and affordable option for getting a degree as I already work full time and needed the credentials to move up at my company. The module format allowed me to plan my week in advance. I chose RCU because of the student to faculty ratio - even since the beginning of working with counselors and registration I have felt the staff was knowledgeable, professional and very responsive...The capstone did a great job of actually preparing me for the job market, even though I was already employed, it gave me a refreshed and professional resume and portfolio that boosted my confidence. Even though I was completely online, I still got to walk which gave me the memories, pride and experience of achieving something important in my life. As an adult learner this was a great choice for me and I would recommend it to any age looking to get a degree in one of RCU's programs.
